 Natural Running Retreat

To become a skilled runner you have to reconnect with running as naturally as possible, otherwise you lose touch with your innate efficiency and run the risk of falling into a constant cycle of injury.


Skillful natural running is focused on refining these 3 things:

• Posture (wild upright posture – head and chest over hips)

• Rhythm (wild elastic efficiency - quick cadence - around 180 steps per minute)

• Relaxation - (wild connection - nasal breathing techniques to tune you into a profound sense of being and aid efficiency and recovery)

I will be delivering a nice blend of practical movements AND mobility for runners, technical running drills and cues for form and efficiency, breath work, theory, Q&A and some story telling from my epic barefoot endurance events.
