A long weekend of training in the NatLifeStyle philosophy with Tony Riddle in Cornwall.

The weekend will cover training in 4 areas:

• Philosophy of a Natural Lifestyle

• Movement and Play

• Elements including nature, cold, breath, sun

• Evolution of diet, nutrition, hormones, sleep, rest

N.B. This is a 50% deposit place, you’ll be contacted 1 month in advance of the event for the remaining payment.

Accommodation in a shared 4person bell tent is included in the cost of the training. N.B. You will need to bring your own bedding.

Food. You can select a catered option if you’d like all your meals provided (dinner / breakfast / lunch). All dietary requirements can be catered for, please let us know asap upon booking if you have allergies.
